Join me this Autumn for a morning of foraging, plant connection and traditional folk medicine. We’ll wander the hedgerows and ancient woodland gathering Hawthorn and Rosehip, before returning to the apothecary to make two beautiful seasonal remedies to take home. A chance to slow down, connect with the rhythms of the season and make a little medicine for the months ahead.
